1. What if you have an emergency on our wedding day?

While an emergency has never prevented me from shooting a wedding, I always have a secure contingency plan in place. In the extremely rare event that an unforeseen emergency prevents me from being there, I will notify you immediately and arrange for a trusted, highly experienced backup photographer from my professional network to cover your day. If you choose not to proceed with the proposed associate photographer, you will receive a full, immediate refund.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, fully! Your engagement session is a wonderful opportunity to capture your story in a relaxed environment, and I assist with every detail. I will recommend curated locations based on your aesthetic, help you coordinate wardrobe choices, and timing the shoot around golden hour for optimal light. My goal is to make the experience effortless, inspiring, and uniquely yours.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Planning a wedding comes with enough unpredictability, and I want you to feel completely supported. If an unforeseen event forces you to postpone—such as illness or extreme emergencies—we will first work together to transfer your contract to a new date that fits both our schedules at no extra charge. If we are unable to find a mutual date that works, or if you must cancel entirely, I will provide a full refund. Your peace of mind and experience always come first.

4. We have to go to multiple locations. Is the commute time part of the coverage? Can we stagger/ pace out the coverage time?

Yes, travel time between locations during the day is included as part of your total coverage time.


Coverage runs continuously from your agreed-upon start time through the consecutive hours booked. Because I reserve the entire date exclusively for your wedding, coverage cannot be paused or staggered throughout the day. When building your custom wedding timeline together, we will account for travel times and buffer zones to ensure you maximize every hour of photography!

5. What is your payment structure, and what payment methods do you accept?

To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding day, typically finalized during our end-of-prep consultation.


For your convenience, I accept Interac e-Transfer, major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and cash.

6. When will we receive our photos?

You will receive a private online gallery containing your fully edited, high-resolution images within 2 to 3 months. During peak season, delivery can take up to a maximum of 6 months, though I always strive to get them to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality!


From your gallery, you can easily download all your high-res photos, share the link with family and friends, mark your favorite shots, and order professional prints directly to your door.

7. Are physical albums or prints included in your packages?

While my digital coverage packages do not automatically include physical albums or prints, you have full access to order them directly through your private online gallery!


Once your gallery is delivered, you can easily design custom heirloom albums, select fine art prints, order framed artwork, and choose from a variety of professional photo products. Everything is printed through top-tier professional print labs and shipped directly to your front door.
